✅ 入住前拍照存證房屋現況(Take photos of the property's current condition before moving in.)

提醒:自115年（2026年）新制上路起，新申請者承租頂樓加蓋、違章建築或無保存登記建物，一律無法申請租金補貼。

也就是:頂樓加蓋沒有權狀：因為違反建築法規或未請領建照與使照，無法取得合法產權證明。(故無法申請租補)請同學務必注意
