內政部自115年1月1日起實施「300億元中央擴大租金補貼專案」新制。內政部114.09.05日修正.「三百億元中央擴大租金補貼專案計畫作業規定」 https://reurl.cc/ekeRem 請參閱。
修正主要內容如下：為維護租屋族群權益，確保居住安全，自115年1月1日起，凡新申請戶，承租之房屋須為「合法住宅」，始得申請補貼。換句話說過去部分租屋處為頂樓加蓋、違建或無保存登記之建物，新制規定將不再適用。
      頂樓加蓋沒有權狀：因為違反建築法規或未請領建照與使照，無法取得合法產權證明。(故無法申請租補)

115年租屋博覽會(115 Rental Housing Expo)

1.提供租屋媒合平台邀請房東設攤展示租屋資訊，提供同學參考面對面互動溝通，助益雙方建立良好租賃關係

2.Provide a rental housing matchmaking platform by inviting landlords to set up booths and showcase rental information, allowing students to consult directly through face-to-face interaction, and helping both parties establish positive and healthy rental relationships.

預防租屋糾紛五大提醒(同學遇到問題可先向軍訓室反映尋求協助)

Five tips to prevent rental disputes (Students can first contact the military training room for assistance if they encounter problems).

✅ 確認房東身分及房屋合法性(Verify the landlord's identity and the legality of the property.)

✅ 詳閱租賃契約內容再簽約(Read the rental agreement details before signing.)

✅ 保留租金繳納及通訊紀錄(Retain rent payment and communication records)

✅ 入住前拍照存證房屋現況(Take photos of the property's current condition before moving in.)

✅ 留意消防及居住安全設備(Pay attention to fire and residential safety equipment)

遇到租屋糾紛後處理方式:(How to handle rental disputes:)

一、先與房東理性溝通(First, communicate rationally with the landlord)

二、尋求學校協助(Seeking school assistance)

三、向相關單位申訴(File a complaint with the relevant authorities)

四、申請租賃爭議調解(Application for mediation of rental disputes)

五、循法律途徑處理(Handle through legal channels)

提醒:自115年（2026年）新制上路起，新申請者承租頂樓加蓋、違章建築或無保存登記建物，一律無法申請租金補貼。
